These days issues of young people dating older people is very common. Sometimes it is done to get money so that they can be able to meet their daily needs or sometimes they want to keep up with fashion. As they are popularly known Blessers or Anointers, these relationships are a give and take situation. Basically the blesser or anointer gives the young person gifts in form of money or materials just to entice them so that they can have sex with them in the end.
Mostly in this type of relationship, the young person does not have the power or the ability to negotiate of what happens in the relationship. This include suggesting whether they should go for HIV testing, STI screening or have protected sex or not. The blesser or anointer decide how the sex should. This however has put the lives of a lot for young people at risk of contracting HIV, STIs and getting unplanned pregnancies.
As a young person make a wise decision by not having sex with blessers or anointers to safeguard your future. Do not risk your future for temporary happiness.
